1. Who provides the service

2. The website
This website provides information about the office, its treatments and the doctor's academic activities. Its content does not replace a medical consultation and is not a treatment recommendation: each case is assessed in person. The texts, photographs, logos and design are the property of the doctor or are used under license, and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. The forms are used so that the team can contact you; by submitting them, you accept the Privacy Policy.
3. The THE GRID tool
THE GRID is a program for the doctor's private use, described on its page. It is not offered to the public, has no user registration and is not sold or licensed. Only the account owner, or someone who administers the account with the owner's permission, may authorize it to access a Google account, and only at the doctor's request. Authorization is given on Google's consent screen, requests read-only permissions only and can be revoked at any time from the Google account settings.
The tool is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or results, and the doctor may suspend, modify or withdraw it without notice. The use of the data it reads is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to access areas or data that do not belong to you, or submit through the forms false information or information about third parties without their permission.
5. Liability
The doctor endeavors to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of it without a medical consultation, or for interruptions of the website or the tool beyond his control.
6. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Colombian law, and any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Barranquilla. If they change, the new version will be published here with its effective date.
